What to Look Forward to at Mix-Odyssey 2020! 

 

Volunteer Odyssey is hosting our 7th annual fundraiser, Mix-Odyssey 2020. Enjoy a night of giving back and bar hopping mixed with a friendly competition from the city’s most talented mixologists. All proceeds benefit Volunteer Odyssey, Memphis’ one-stop-shop for meaningful volunteer experiences. Mix-Odyssey guests will enjoy a delightful evening filled with mingling, hors d’oeuvres and spirits amongst vivid colors and lights. Let’s dig into what all this year’s premier mixology competition has to offer.

 

Important Information:

The mixology competition will take place in Hardin Hall at Memphis Botanic Garden on Friday March 6, 2020 from 7pm-10pm.

This is a 21+ event and the attire is ‘night out on the town’ so get out your favorite dress up clothes for the occasion.

Parking is available at MBG. It is recommended that guests choose a DD, Uber or Lyft to get home safely! 

Tickets:

General – $75

VIP – $100: limited amount available, includes: an additional 3 cocktails, wine, special VIP area access and a serving staff to assist with any drink needs.

Judges’ Experience Tickets- $250: There are only 3 judges experience tickets left for purchase. This ticket will allow guests the opportunity to partake in the judging portion of the evening. Guests will get a chance to arrive early and take in the events of the night from a judge’s perspective.

Alcohol Free– $50: Not interested in cocktails? No problem! Purchase an alcohol free ticket to enjoy delicious food from D’Arthur Catering and support our work at Volunteer Odyssey.

The Best Pairing for a Drink – Food!

This year’s hors d’oeuvres will be prepared by Chef D’Arthur Catering. Chef D’Arthur is a native of Memphis and his dishes are spin-offs of traditional comfort meals. For more info on his cooking styles and company click here. 

 

  

 

 

Fun Things Included in the Night:

Passport – Travel around the room and get a stamp at every mixologist station to get the complete experience.

Token – One lucky mixologist will receive the crowd favorite award at the end of the night. Guests can try all seven drinks and then drop their token in their mixologist’s box
